The Sultanate of Oman imports dairy products and cream worth 321,030,000 dollars, and also imports cheese valued at 81,282 thousand dollars. It is likely that establishing a dairy products factory will reduce imports of cheese and dairy. It is noted that the Sultanate’s production of fresh milk has reached 101,000 tons. Mashroo3k Consultancy and Market Research project confirms that this will not be sufficient, especially with the steadily increasing population; therefore, establishing a dairy products factory would be significantly successful in the Sultanate.
